At Grin, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and appointments are available to all, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50.00 charge being applied to your account.
Please note that our staff is scheduled by appointment only, and in the event of a no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, we still incur costs for labor. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in helping us maintain our high standards of service.
